Audience adaptation is a content contract
The three modes must explain the same system, but are not generated by simply hiding paragraphs. Summary prioritizes practical meaning. Technical specifies interfaces. Expert records alternatives, assumptions, and failure reasoning. CI verifies that every topic has three nonidentical, substantial versions.
Preferences versus explicit intent
Browser storage affects the default landing experience only. An explicit /expert/ link is an intentional choice and must not be overridden by a previously saved Summary preference. This preserves reproducible sharing and avoids redirect loops.
Meaning of health
Availability, correctness, timeliness, and capacity are different properties. The interface labels endpoint checks as reachability and keeps worker health and telemetry freshness separate. Missing samples must not become zero-valued measurements or green status.
