Baseline
The adopted host runs Ubuntu 26.04 on an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with 16 logical CPUs. The root filesystem has roughly 1.8 TiB capacity. Observability uses the stable instance label chingadera to join the existing metrics.
Managed services
The baseline includes nutsnews-local-ai, ollama, cloudflared, alloy, backup timers, and health-check timers. The portal is a separate local-server-observability service with a loopback HTTP listener.
Application protection
Existing AI unit definitions, model files, environment files, and routes are captured before management changes. Provisioning uses explicit handlers rather than restarting unrelated services on each run.
Access
Administrative access is GitHub Actions over Cloudflare-proxied SSH. The LAN login remains the recovery path if the tunnel is unavailable. Credentials are not stored in this public repository.
